Coordinator, Builder Operations

The Generalist position plays a key role in servicing our customers.  The position is responsible for ensuring that all field tasks are scheduled and completed on-time to meet the needs of our customers, maintaining warehouse inventory controls, and ensuring Customer invoices are completed on time. This is an onsite position at our new Myrtle Beach, South Carolina location.

Reporting Structure

This position reports to the Operations Supervisor

Accountabilities

• Manage service center warehouse inventory accuracy.

• Maintain safety stock level of critical path trim/parts items in inventory.

• Ensure all inventory transactions are processed timely. 

• Dispatch FSR’s, Service Technicians, and Installers daily ensuring field efficiency and confirming dispatched work is completed.
