Join a passionate team dedicated to helping eligible patients navigate, coordinate and receive Medical Assistance in Dying (MAiD). The coordinator is a key part of the MAiD Team, working out of Rockyview General Hospital. The position reports to the Care Manager and is responsible for coordinating and facilitating patient navigation, care delivery and operations related to MAiD in Calgary and Central Zone.

Description:

The Medical Assistance in Dying (MAiD) Coordinator provides information and education regarding MAiD services to patients, families, health care providers and the public. The coordinator works with an extended team including other Coordinators, Registered Nurses, Nurse Practitioner and Physicians to organize and facilitate MAiD.
