Job Summary:

The Programme Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing Management Development Programmes (MDPs) and Corporate Training initiatives under the Centre for Executive Education (CEE). The role involves close coordination with faculty, Heads of Departments, and corporate clients to design, launch, and manage both open and customized training programmes delivered in classroom, online, and off-site formats.

Key Responsibilities:

Programme Design & Development:

  • Develop broad outlines for various Management Development Programmes using internet research and academic sources.
  • Work closely with faculty members to conceptualize and design open MDPs.
  • Prepare programme structures, schedules, and learning frameworks.
