Overview

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our Customer Service Team in Sydney, Australia for a 12 month contract for maternity leave coverage.

This Customer Service Coordinator role offers an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and gain experience in the shipping industry. This role involves processing customer requests, responding to inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders, and participating in all areas of export and import cargo bookings, documentation and container release tasks.
