Job Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries and concerns from ASP by phone, email and Viber.
- Process shipment of unit for repair.
- Process billing for end user.
- Process claims for ASP.
- Prepare billing summary of Speed Ex and LBC.
- Update status in database for billing and shipment.
Candidate Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong data entry and record-keeping.
- Accuracy in managing tasks, documents, and progress tracking.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication abilities.
