Job Responsibilities

  • Handle inquiries and concerns from ASP by phone, email and Viber.
  • Process shipment of unit for repair.
  • Process billing for end user.
  • Process claims for ASP.
  • Prepare billing summary of Speed Ex and LBC.
  • Update status in database for billing and shipment.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong data entry and record-keeping.
  • Accuracy in managing tasks, documents, and progress tracking.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
