POSITION TITLE: Coordinator - Fixture Procurement
REPORTS TO: Manager - Store Fixtures
LOCATION:  Pittsburgh, PA

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Coordinator - Fixture Procurement works in partnership with design teams, merchants, project managers, manufacturers, logistics suppliers and installation teams to manage all aspects of store fixture procurement for a fleet of over 1000 stores worldwide.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performs material takeoffs in a cost effective manner by interpreting blueprints and working closely with store design to understand the entire scope of work for each project
  • Maintains strong relationships with vendors, general contractors and construction project managers to ensure that delivery timelines are met
