Description:



  • Coordinate interactions with internal and external stakeholders related to high-level engagements and events.

  • Follow up on incoming invitations and ensure internal coordination to provide timely and appropriate responses.

  • Maintain and update the High-Level Engagement Plan and related reporting tools (weekly follow-up).

  • Manage and update SharePoint spaces and other document management systems (agendas, briefing notes, presentations, internal notes).

  • Manage the central mailbox: triage requests, assign them to the relevant teams, provide standardized responses, and follow up on actions.

  • Work closely with department heads and support teams to ensure optimal alignment.

  • Provide general administrative support and handle a variety of operational tasks depending on priorities and ongoing projects.
