Description:
- Coordinate interactions with internal and external stakeholders related to high-level engagements and events.
- Follow up on incoming invitations and ensure internal coordination to provide timely and appropriate responses.
- Maintain and update the High-Level Engagement Plan and related reporting tools (weekly follow-up).
- Manage and update SharePoint spaces and other document management systems (agendas, briefing notes, presentations, internal notes).
- Manage the central mailbox: triage requests, assign them to the relevant teams, provide standardized responses, and follow up on actions.
- Work closely with department heads and support teams to ensure optimal alignment.
- Provide general administrative support and handle a variety of operational tasks depending on priorities and ongoing projects.
