Brief Job Summary
Looking for a coordinator for our garment sourcing team who will work closely with key members of the same team. Basic excel skills is desired.
Key Deliverables
- Downloading Tech packs and sharing with the merchandisers
- Sharing tech packs/ barcode dump/ Barcode physically checking by scanning
- Assisting merchandisers in arranging samples and fabric swatches for review during costing closure as well as review of PP/TOP samples
- Wash care artwork checking vendor wise
- PP Samples - Maintaining data base in data register of samples sent
- Tracking of all outgoing courier and sharing with the factory
- Destination trackers download and sharing with the respective merchandisers
- Sending WIP report to the CM vendors weekly
- Develop collaborative relationships with cross functional partners
- Maintain MIS data in Excel
Education & Skills
Any Graduate Degree
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as Department coordinator preferably from Garments industry
Basic Excel skills
Good communication skills
