Coordinator in Methods and Planning

+ Work Preparation



+ Analyze technical drawings, specifications, and production orders to prepare accurate work instructions.



+ Define required materials, tools, and equipment for production.



+ Create and maintain bills of materials (BOMs) and routing sheets.



+ Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all work instructions.







+ Methods & Planning



+ Develop and optimize manufacturing methods to improve efficiency and reduce costs.



+ Plan production sequences and workflows to maximize resource utilization.



+ Collaborate with engineering to implement new technologies and processes.



+ Conduct time studies and capacity analyses to support production planning.



+ Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma).







+ Collaboration



+ Act as a liaison between production, engineering, and quality departments.



+ Support training of production staff on new methods and processes.



+ Provide feedback to design teams regarding manufacturability and process improvements.











+ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.



+ Experience in work preparation, production planning, or methods engineering.



+ Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and production planning tools.



+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.



+ Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.



+ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
