POSITION SUMMARY

Under the direction of CHAP Program
Manager is responsible for improving the quality of patient encounters at
village clinics through training and clinical supervision of Maniilaq CHAPs.
Facilitates teamwork throughout the CHAP Program with particular attention to
assigned villages. Travels to villages to evaluate, train and provide coverage.
This position may be based in the village or Kotzebue.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Maintains routine
contact with assigned village clinics.

2.Models above the
line behavior and communicates/interacts with City and IRA offices regarding
clinic issues.

3.Makes 3 C/I visits to assigned village and one visit to
each remaining village per year to accomplish training and support activities
(utilizing C/I village checklist).
