AVIXA (Audiovisual & Integrated Experience Association) is seeking as a Coordinator, Live Content, to help us enhance the efficiency of our live content operations. We’re looking for a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to collaborate with global team members.

The scope of duties will include administrative tasks supporting live content programs, such as maintaining the speaker database, managing speaker outreach, crafting event write-ups, submitting forms, reviewing PowerPoints, and creating onsite documentation and orders. Your contributions will help us deliver engaging and innovative experiences at tradeshows and events worldwide.
