As our operations grow, we are seeking a proactive and motivated Premium Coordinator to join our Belmont team.
  
About the Role
As a Premium Coordinator, you will support employees, clients, and internal business functions. This role reports directly to the Operations Coordinator and suits someone who is organised, people‑focused, and confident working in a fast‑paced environment.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for employees working onsite.
• Lead, mentor, and support mechanical trades personnel, promoting a positive culture and consistent operational excellence.
• Conduct regular site visits with clients and team members as a core duty, ensuring strong engagement and operational alignment.
• Liaise with clients to understand workforce requirements and hiring needs.
• Manage and update employee rosters.
• Prepare and submit client quotations.
• Build and maintain strong corporate-level business relationships.
• Identify opportunities for employee development, growth, and retention.
• Monitor costs, support goal setting, and ensure efficient resource allocation.

• Strong computer literacy.
• Valid Manual Driver’s Licence.
• National Police Clearance (mandatory for some sites).
• Strong leadership, analytical, and active‑listening capabilities.
• Competence in facilitating employee and client meetings.
