Our clientis a digital bank providing a variety of financial products and services via its mobile app. It includes online account opening, budgeting tools, mobile payments, and more, all designed to make banking easier for its customers.
Location:Germany, Frankfurt am Main
Type of contract:Permanent, on-site
Your tasks include:
  • You analyze relevant KPIs, derive strategic measures from them, and continuously develop customer service.

  • You define and document new customer service processes, monitor their implementation, and manage projects for process optimization and quality assurance.

  • You coordinate external service providers and ensure that their performance meets the agreed quality standards.

  • You act as the central contact person for our client's communication tool and are responsible for its effective use and further development.
