Opportunity

Project Coordinator role at Aecon Group Inc. Supporting Aecon Utilities as Canada’s #1 utility construction provider. Reporting to the Project Manager, the coordinator provides coordination support, documentation management, and general administrative assistance for construction projects.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Manager with on‑site construction activities and general administrative requests.
  • Prepare and maintain project folders, templates, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Track and record all project related documentation, including RFIs, change notices, and change orders.
  • Generate, organize, and maintain project folders on the server and track current drawing and report folders.
  • Attend, set up, take minutes of project related meetings and conference calls.
