Coordinator Ramp ＆ HUB Steering

Description

• Implement and deliver cost effective cargo and ramp handling service to agreed scope, standards and carrier satisfaction
• Ensure safety and security of cargo and ramp handling activities is in compliance with relevant legislative and industry requirements
• Monitor turnaround plan to support On Time performance for all Cargolux flights/trucks (minimize delays of aircraft and trucks)
• Coordinate internally and externally cargo and ramp handling services with Ground Handling Agent (GHA), Luxembourg HUB Operations, Maintenance, Flight
• Dispatch, Network Management, Fuel and Catering company to ensure service delivery
• Monitor aircraft handling operations
• Maintain proper Station records
• Assure effective communication with departments within Cargolux and GHA LUX
