Coordinator Residential & Disability Supports (Full-Time, Ongoing)

The Coordinator Residential and Disability Supports is a leadership role within the Disability and Accommodation Department at Mpower.

The Disability and Accommodation Services Department currently provides residential care, home and living supports, assistance with daily living supports, skills development and community participation supports to people with a disability and case practitioner supports to enable the transition of children and young people from residential care to more appropriate care.

The position will coordinate and supervise the day-to-day operations of Mpower's Out of Home Care (OoHC) Residential Services and Supported Independent Living (SIL) Services delivered to people with a disability and their families across South West Victoria ensuring best practice, high-quality and person-centre service provision is delivered in the interest of all stakeh...
