for a Coordinator, Sales to join our team!

As a Coordinator, Sales we rely on you to:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produces required reports for the management of goal setting, incentive plans, budget and audits.

  • Responsible for the production of all reports ensuring that, where possible, these are fully automated or require minimal manual intervention. 

  • Assist with the preparation of all training for the department. 

  • Assist with the collection and reporting of market and competitive data as necessary.

  • Assist with the implementation of standard operating procedures and associated training to improve automation and process efficiencies. 

  • Works closely with the Shangri-La Singapore sales teams in order to assist with the achievement of overall sales targets for the hotels. 
     
  • Requirements:

  • Prior experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
