Detailed Overview

Supporting the Vision, Values, Purpose and Commitments of Fraser Health including service delivery that is centered around patients/clients/residents and families: Working in close collaboration with Directors, Project Sponsors, Management and Clinical Front Line stakeholders, coordinates and facilitates the conduct and implementation of various assigned projects, initiatives or improvement processes sponsored by Fraser Health and/or the Ministry of Health. Acts as facilitator and communication link among various stakeholder groups to ensure initiatives/projects are advancing as set out in project charters and work plans.
