- Describe the primary goals, objectives or functions or outputs of this position_:
- Effectively and responsibly manage the control of quotes for distributors.
- Maintain an up-to-date analysis of quotes by distributor for follow-up.
- Collaborate in the review and assembly of tenders that AbbVie participates directly.
Major Responsibilities:
- List up to 10 main responsibilities for the job. Include information about the accountability and scope._
- Communication and teamwork with Coordinators, KAM ́S, Commercial, functional areas (Customer Service, Regulatory)
- Prepare quotes and send them to distributors well in advance to participate in tenders
- Communication with authorized Distributors to follow up on the quotes delivered.
- Keep updated the documentary supports of each quote prepared
- Monitoring of tender failures
- Prepare quotes for direct sale to government institutions
