Brief Job Summary

Looking for a coordinator for our garment sourcing team who will work closely with key members of the same team. Basic excel skills is desired.

Key Deliverables

• Downloading Tech packs and sharing with the merchandisers
• Sharing tech packs/ barcode dump/ Barcode physically checking by scanning
• Assisting merchandisers in arranging samples and fabric swatches for review during costing closure as well as review of PP/TOP samples
• Wash care artwork checking vendor wise
• PP Samples - Maintaining data base in data register of samples sent
• Tracking of all outgoing courier and sharing with the factory
• Destination trackers download and sharing with the respective merchandisers
• Sending WIP report to the CM vendors weekly
• Develop collaborative relationships with cross functional partners
• Maintain MIS data in Excel

Education & Skills

Any Graduate Degree

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as Department coordinator preferably from Garments industry

Basic Excel skills

Good communication skills
