Position Summary
The Coordinator, Workforce Grants and Program Operations, provides leadership, coordination, and oversight for all workforce development grants and related initiatives within the Workforce Development and Community Education (WDCE) Department. This position ensures effective delivery of programmatic tasks, compliance with grant requirements, and alignment with Prairie State College’s workforce and community education priorities. The position supports the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of noncredit and workforce training programs that advance student success, employer engagement, and regional workforce impact.
