The Coordinator for the Workforce Support and Development program will carry out the key components of the program by conducting intakes, assessments, writing Employee Support Plans (ESP), and training Supervisors on how to use the Employee Support Plan as a tool and resource to best support employees with disabilities. The Workforce Support and Development Coordinator will be a continuous resource for an assigned caseload of employees with disabilities working on our contract, retail, and corporate employment sites.
