About the role

Own the words that sell and the stories that stick. You’ll craft high-impact ads and influencer content integrations that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion for MARS Cosmetics.


What you’ll do

  1. Write sharp, on-brand copy across video/TV/digital ads, OOH, website, D2C, marketplaces, CRM, and app.
  2. Concept, script, and title short-form content (reels/shorts), with thumb-stopping hooks and clear CTAs.
  3. Turn briefs into creative territories and 360° campaigns for product launches and always-on.
  4. Lead influencer content integrations: develop briefs, co-write scripts/hooks, align claims, and ensure brand fit.
