Flam is building AI Infrastructure for Brands in Immersive Advertising spanning across all channels viz. Digital, Broadcast TV, Retail, Communications, Print, OOH etc.

Flam aims to redefine how consumers interact with ads, content in every shape and form, retail aisles, live broadcasts and fan moments turning content and interfaces into shoppable, shareable experiences that deliver measurable ROI. Flam has raised a $14 million Series A round led by global technology investor RTP Global with participation from Dovetail and select others bringing the total funding to $22 million.


The next phase of growth is to accelerate R&D on its app-less GenAI infrastructure that lets brands create, publish and measure high-fidelity MR, 3D & Digital experiences in <300 ms on any smartphone no app download required. The same infra already powers advertising for Google, Samsung, Emirates and hundreds of global enterprises & agency powerhouses.


Key Focus Areas:


Product Roadmap : Upcoming releases include GenAI-driven 3D asset generation, Democratising MR deployment at scale, Enterprise Suite of Products across Industries, and Infrastructure for broadcasters and fan engagement.

Geography : Funds will support new enterprise pods in North America, Europe and the Middle East while deepening Asia operations.

Partnerships : Flam will expand its partner program for creative studios and global platforms, enabling Fortune 500 brands to move from pilot to rapid global roll-out.


Job Summary:


As a Creative Copy Writer, you will develop innovative and high-quality written content that resonates with target audiences and supports brand objectives. You will work closely with design, marketing, and product teams to create cohesive and impactful messaging across a variety of channels. Your role is to ensure that the

tone, style, and voice of the brand are consistently maintained across all copywriting materials.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Leadership: Lead the creative direction of written content for campaigns, brand materials, digital platforms, and other marketing initiatives. Ensure all copy aligns with the brand‘s voice, tone, and values.
  • Content Strategy: Develop and execute content strategies that effectively communicate brand messages and drive engagement. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align content with overarching campaign goals.
  • Creative Development: Write, edit, and oversee the creation of compelling and persuasive copy for a wide range of materials, including advertisements, blogs, social media posts, product descriptions, website content, email campaigns, and more.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and language across all copywriting materials. Create and maintain copy style guidelines to ensure a unified brand voice.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with designers, marketers, strategists, and other departments to ensure copy works seamlessly with visual elements and aligns with business objectives.
  • Client & Stakeholder Communication: Work with agency and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure their messaging goals are met. Present copy concepts and deliverables to clients for approval, incorporating feedback as needed.
  • Quality Control: Oversee the proofreading and editing of all written content, ensuring it is grammatically correct, on-brand, and free of errors. Ensure copy is optimized for different digital platforms, including SEO and social media.
  • Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor messaging, and content marketing strategies to keep the copy fresh, relevant, and engaging.
  • Campaign Management: Help drive the creative process for large campaigns, ensuring all deadlines are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expert Writing Skills: Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to adapt voice and tone for various formats and audiences.
  • Creative Vision: Ability to develop innovative, engaging, and persuasive copy that captures attention and drives action.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong understanding of content strategy, audience segmentation, and how to create copy that aligns with business objectives and resonates with target audiences.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Experience working with cross-functional teams (designers, marketers, product teams) to develop integrated creative campaigns and content.
  • Attention to Detail: Impeccable attention to detail to ensure all copy is accurate, error-free, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • SEO Knowledge: Understanding of SEO principles and how to write copy that enhances organic search performance.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adjust writing style for various platforms (e.g., print, digital, social media) and quickly pivot when necessary.
  • Experience: 5 to 6+ years of experience in creative copywriting, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of writing and overseeing high-quality content across multiple channels, including advertising, social media, and websites.


Experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects at once, and delivering content on tight deadlines.
