About the Role:
Copywriter (Retention-Focused)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and produce high-quality, engaging content aimed at improving customer retention across various platforms, including email campaigns, WhatsApp, SMS and in-app messaging.
- Create personalized, targeted messaging strategies to foster customer loyalty and reduce churn rates.
