Role Summary
We are looking for a Copywriter / Researcher - Innovations who can blend strong writing skills with sharp research thinking. The role involves developing compelling narratives, writing high-quality content, and supporting innovation projects with insights on trends, culture, technology, and consumer behavior.
You will work closely with creative teams, strategists, designers, and tech partners to craft ideas that are bold, relevant, and future-ready.
Key Responsibilities
Copywriting & Creative Support
- Write clear, engaging, and impactful copy for innovation-led campaigns, presentations, and brand experiences
- Craft storytelling frameworks, scripts, taglines, captions, voiceovers, and concept narratives
- Support creative ideation by bringing strong verbal directions and thought starters
- Assist in drafting pitch decks, case studies, and innovation concept docs in a crisp, client-friendly tone
- Adapt writing for multiple formats including digital, social, video, experiential, and interactive mediums
Research & Trend Intelligence
- Conduct research on emerging tech, cultural shifts, consumer trends, and category movements
- Track new-age platforms, creator economy trends, and changing content formats
- Compile relevant insights for projects and pitches to strengthen innovation recommendations
- Create easy-to-consume research summaries, newsletters, and trend reports
- Benchmark global campaigns, innovations, and creative tech executions for inspiration
Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with Art Directors, Designers, and Strategists to bring integrated ideas to life
- Translate complex innovation concepts into simplified, interesting narratives for clients
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute new ideas regularly
- Ensure timely delivery and quality output across assignments
Skills & Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in copywriting, content, digital, or research roles (agency experience preferred)
- Strong writing skills with ability to shift tone across formats and audiences
- Curiosity-driven mindset with strong interest in innovation, technology, trends, and pop culture
- Good research skills: ability to find credible sources, synthesize information, and draw meaningful insights
- Ability to structure content well (headlines, flow, story arcs, decks)
- Comfortable working on multiple projects in parallel under tight timelines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Exposure to writing for new-age formats like AI, AR/VR, interactive stories, gaming, metaverse, Web experiences etc.
- Experience in scriptwriting / video writing / storytelling for content creators
- Familiarity with presentation-style writing for decks and client pitches
- Interest in brand strategy, innovation frameworks, or creative technology
