Copywriter (South)

Role Overview

We are looking for a talented bilingual writer (Telugu) with experience crafting high-impact content for new-age brands. The ideal candidate is creative, culturally aware, and skilled in writing across formats from social media posts and brand campaigns to scripts and product-led content. We need someone who’s an independent thinker. You'll work closely with design, marketing, and creative teams to produce content that informs, inspires, and engages millions of users.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Writing (Telugu): Create compelling scripts, captions, ad copy, and long/short-form content for social and brand campaigns.
• Brand & Social Content: Develop content for Instagram, YouTube, ads, landing pages, and digital campaigns aligned with brand voice and audience preferences.
• Campaign Ideation: Partner with the creative team to brainstorm ideas for new-age branding, influencer content, topical posts, and product storytelling.
• Research & Insights: Stay updated on trends, pop culture, user behavior, and competitor content to produce fresh, high-engagement ideas.
• Content Strategy: Support in shaping content calendars, messaging frameworks, and content flows for product and marketing initiatives.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with design, video, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive and high-quality content.

What We’re Looking For

• 3-4 years of writing experience, preferably with new-age / digital-first brands.
• Strong command over Telugu. (Tamil and Kannada is a plus)
• Experience writing social media, branding, campaign, and video script content.
• Ability to switch tones youthful, devotional, emotional, conversational based on brand needs.
• Strong research skills and an eye for cultural trends and storytelling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnarounds.
• Portfolio showcasing diverse writing samples across formats.
