We are currently hiring a Core Design Engineer – Lubrication Systems for a senior engineering role focused on the design, development, and optimization of advanced lubrication solutions for industrial and mechanical systems.

Position Details:

  • Role: Core Design Engineer – Lubrication Systems
  • Experience: 8–12 Years
  • Education: B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (M.Tech preferred)
  • Specialization: Tribology, Lubrication Systems, Mechanical Design

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop centralized, oil-air, grease, and automated lubrication systems
  • Perform tribological analysis, bearing calculations, and lubrication optimization
  • Select lubricants based on load, speed, temperature, and operating conditions
  • Integrate system components (pumps, filters, valves, sensors, control systems)
  • Conduct FMEA, RCA, and performance optimization studies
  • Support new product development, commissioning, and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, suppliers, OEMs, and cross-functional teams
  • Prepare detailed engineering documentation, drawings, and specifications

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of tribology, fluid mechanics, and lubrication engineering
  • Hands-on experience with CAD tools (CATIA / SolidWorks / Creo)
  • Exposure to oil analysis, contamination control, and condition monitoring
  • Understanding of ISO standards and industry best practices
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
