Core Equipment Coordinator

Under the guidance of the Clinical Resource Leader/Nurse Manager, this role leads and coordinates the daily work of Core Technicians in the Operating Room. The position serves as a hands-on resource and mentor, ensuring Core Techs are well-trained, supported, and aligned with OR standards and best practices.

Key responsibilities include:

  Planning, prioritizing, and overseeing Core Tech workflows to support safe, efficient surgical operations

  Providing training, coaching, and real-time guidance to Core Technicians

  Serving as the primary resource for OR equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and operational readiness
