What You’ll Do

As a Core Group Associate, you’ll be responsible for ensuring innerspring units meet quality standards before moving on in the production process. Your day-to-day will include:

• Repairing and trimming innersprings as they come off the machine


• Attaching border wire to innerspring units using an air-powered clip gun


• Lifting and placing completed units onto the overhead carrier system


• Keeping your work area and equipment clean, safe, and organized at the end of each shift

What We’re Looking For

• 6 months of prior manufacturing experience preferred


• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment


• Must be able to lift over 70 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift


• Strong attention to quality, safety, and teamwork


• Willing to work 12-hour shifts
