Job Description

The position is responsible for the operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telecommunications and network systems to ensure reliable and continuous service. The role involves hands‑on support for installed network equipment, including health checks, configuration, upgrades, and physical troubleshooting. It also requires the use of network administration tools to support system monitoring and issue resolution, as well as coordination with internal teams, vendors, and partners to maintain operational efficiency and service quality.
