Job Responsibilities: -Supports management and deployment of the CORE Operating System at all Site Organization levels with initiatives to improve processes -Occasionally oversees internal CORE/lean training and facilitates CORE Engagements (kaizen events). -Ensures and enables CORE Site maturity assessments. Recommends process and procedural changes to ensure that company objectives in the areas of safety, people, quality, delivery, cost, and efficiency are met. -May provide Root Cause Analysis, Problem Solving support and training. -Define metrics structure and periodic monitoring of them in order to identify improvement opportunities. -Partnering with Manufacturing Cells and Functional Departments to ensure CORE tools implementation.
