Job Description

Drive corporate sales initiatives to achieve sales and gross profit budgets and support shrink initiatives. Responsible for the development, coordination, accuracy and communication of the sales plan and alternative revenue streams. Achieve category sales, units, profit and growth for areas as assigned. Serve as a strategic partner with leadership, suppliers and vendors to create a competitive advantage and establish Kroger Health (KH) as a leader in operations. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.- Grow enrollment in digital solutions


- Serve as a subject matter expert on sales planning and retail based Kroger Health goals


- Manage projects executed across all divisions autonomously


- Travel regularly to evaluate planning and execution of campaigns; evaluate markets for additional offerings
