CORP RLEST/TRANSACTION SPECIALIST

Job Description The Real Estate Transaction Specialist will support the Real Estate Management team across one or more divisions in executing the enterprise's brick-and-mortar capital strategy. This role focuses on lease restructuring, surplus property disposition, tenant leasing, outparcel carveouts, use waivers, property management, and key initiatives that align with long-term network strategy and deliver Return on Invested Capital (ROIC) over time.
