Job Description:  

• Engage with corporate employees through on-ground activities, presentations, and discussions to educate them on tax-efficient car leasing benefits
• Support senior team members in developing corporate partnerships and managing relationships
• Assist in executing employee engagement campaigns inside corporate offices
• Manage leads, customer conversations, follow-ups, and support conversion to successful deals
• Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and update daily funnel and activity reports
• Coordinate with internal operations & customer success teams for smooth onboarding
• Conduct research on target corporates, competition, and market insights
• Support preparation of weekly and monthly business performance reports
• Participate in corporate events, roadshows, HR/Employee sessions, and meetings as required
• Identify opportunities for new business and revenue growth

Desired candidate:  

• Freshers or 0–2 years of experience in sales / business development / corporate relations
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence engaging with senior professionals
• Good with numbers and basic Excel skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools preferred (training will be provided)
• Energetic, self-driven, and willing to travel for corporate activations
• Strong ownership, positive attitude, and target-driven mindset
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Passion for automotive, mobility, or fintech sectors is an advantage
