Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Corporate Accountant to join our team in Don Mills, Ontario. This permanent position provides the opportunity to contribute to a variety of accounting functions. Reporting directly to the Controller, you will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed balance sheets and income statements to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Conduct monthly account reconciliations and balance sub-ledgers to the general ledger.
• Perform bank reconciliations and manage inter-company account reconciliations.
• Process invoices, including coding expense reports and entering data into the system.
• Communicate effectively with vendors to address billing inquiries or resolve discrepancies.
• Record receipts and post journal entries to maintain accurate financial records.
