Job Purpose:

This job is responsible for the processing of administrative services.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Contract Monitoring

  • Request Draft Contract to Lessor
  • Initial Review of Admin
  • Prepare Rate Comparative Analysis
  • Forward to Legal Team for review
  • Coordinate with lessor for concerns & corrections
  • Monitoring the approval of Admin division head (Final Revision of Contract)
  • Monitor the route to other Contract Signatories
  • Monitor the notarization of contract

2. Insurance / CGL

APPLICATION OF NEW CGL

  • Send email to PhilFirst for Request of CGL
  • Received Policy
  • Compute employee and company share
  • Prepare Check Request
  • Send email computation to HR for salary deduction
  • Update monitoring
