Corporate AI Strategist

Role Overview

The Corporate AI Strategist will play a pivotal role in shaping BGSW's AI-first future by defining, measuring, and advancing AI maturity across the enterprise. Unlike function-specific AI strategist roles (e.g., in HR, Finance, or Operations), this position is enterprise-wide and horizontal, ensuring AI strategy, governance, and maturity frameworks are consistently applied across all value streams.

This role combines strategic foresight, technical expertise, and consulting acumen to align AI adoption with organizational priorities, embed AI into business and operating models, and drive sustainable, responsible AI-enabled transformation.
