About the Role

An opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Associate (2-4 PQE) to join an established and growing team in Birmingham. The role offers exposure to a wide range of transactional matters, working on complex and high-value corporate work for national and international clients.

You will work alongside experienced partners and senior lawyers on transactions from initial structuring through to completion. The team provides a supportive environment where Associates are encouraged to take ownership of workstreams, develop strong commercial awareness and build long-term client relationships.

The practice is well regarded for delivering sophisticated corporate advice outside London and regularly handles transactions with cross-border elements.
