An elite global law firm are on the looking for a Corporate Associate to join their award winning private equity team in Frankfurt.

The corporate practice is a major player across the globe for private equity transactions and you will be working alongside some heavyweight PE Partners.

The work will be varied and interesting and will consist of mainly private equity transactions, M&A and joint ventures.

You should have the ability, drive and confidence to develop strong working relationships with national and global clients, as well as providing support and advice to colleagues within the firm in a thoroughly collegiate atmosphere.
