Corporate Associate

Cozen O’Connor seeks an associate to join its Corporate Practice Group in the Washington D.C. office. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience focused on mergers & acquisitions, equity financing, commercial contracting, and general corporate governance work. Excellent academic, professional credentials, along with excellent work ethic and can-do attitude required. Good standing to practice in Washington, D.C. also required.
