Job Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls, email, and messaging platforms
- Assist customers with order processing, billing concerns, and service requests
- Verify customer identity and securely update account records
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details
- Ensure all documentation and system entries are clear, complete, and accurate
