**Digital Communications Manager**
**Main Purpose**
- The Digital Communications Manager is in charge of amplifying PepsiCo Mexico Corporate Communication’s strategy across a comprehensive, multiplatform digital plan, in order to strengthen our reputation, maintain our license to operate, mitigate reputational risks, and respond to crises.
- The Manager will oversee our Corporate, Executive, Internal and Sustainaibililty digital communications, to be deployed on our owned media (PepsiCo social networks, website, newsletters, etc.) and paid media (i.e. search engine optimization, online campaigns) as defined by our Corporate Communications Strategy.
- This position will coordinate the relationship with our Digital Communications agency, PepsiCo Mexico’s Digital inhouse Digital team, and PepsiCo’s Global Digital Engagement teams.
- The Manager will inform the digital communication strategy in alignment with our Corporate Communications strategy, AOP, Risk Management strategy and according to relevant public opinion/digital conversation juncture. The manager will provide counsel on consumer relations online management to both the Consumer Relations team and the Digital Team (in charge of the community management of PepsiCo brands’ social media).
**Main responsibilities**
- Coordinate all communications in our Corporate and PepsiCo Mexico Foundation social networks.
- Coordinate the community management of our Corporate and Pepsico Mexico Foundation social networks, under Pepsico Mexico’s Digital Team responsibility.
- Update our external Corporate website, maintaining an editorial calendar.
- Propose and coordinate contents for internal newsletters and other digital communications as needed.
- Coordinate the relationship with our Digital Communications agency.
- Coordinate the relationship with LatAm’s Corporate Digital Communications team and PepsiCo Mexico’s Digital inhouse Digital team.
- Participate in strategic assesments and best practice sharing with PepsiCo’s Global Digital Engagement team (US).
- Assess and adapt digital messaging as need, according to strategy and junctures.
- Coordinate deployment of digital communications during crises contention, led by the Corporate Affairs Sr. Manager and Corporate Affairs Director.
- Provide counsel on consumer relations online management to both the Consumer Relations team and the Digital Team
**Education/Requirements**
- Backgrounds preferred are digital communications, digital marketing, digital journalism, corporate affairs.
- At least 7 years of experience.
- Experience in developing and leading digital campaigns, a must. Knowledge of Mexico’s digital media and social media spheres, with the capacity to identify opinion leaders, influencers, and relevant messaging.
Technical knowledge to define KPIs and metrics in the digital sphere. Fully bilingual, with extraordinary writing skills.
