Key Responsibilities
Internal Communications
Lead internal communications strategy aligned to leadership priorities and employee engagement.
Own intranet governance, content strategy, and storytelling; manage newsletters and leadership communications.
Plan and manage the annual communications calendar in partnership with HR and business teams.
External Communications
Support Lennox India’s external communications, including media relations, corporate announcements, and leadership visibility in alignment with global standards.
Social Media & Brand Voice
Own social media content strategy, calendars, and campaigns aligned to brand voice and employer branding.
Partner with design and marketing teams to deliver high‑quality, engaging content.
Track performance and optimize content based on engagement insights.
Employer Branding & Culture
