Reporting to the Director of Finance/CFO you will ensure the reliability of financial information and the efficiency of accounting processes.

Summary:

The Corporate Controller will be responsible for managing the financial activities of the Corporate. The successful candidate will be committed to the highest level of integrity, trust and responsibility; bring a hands-on approach to day-to-day operations, and exhibit strong analytical, leadership, planning, teamwork and management skills.



Responsibilities:



+ Prepare monthly multi-currency consolidated financial statements (US GAAP/IFRS)



+ Provide analysis and financial commentary for monthly, quarterly and annual closings



+ Implementing efficient financial policies



+ Prepare all documentation for external audits worldwide



+ Prepare the full annual consolidated financial statements and notes



+ Ensuring accurate records and implementing internal controls



+ Providing financial data for strategic decisions



+ Preparing and assisting in budgeting and forecasting



+ Assist Director of Finance in treasury-related functions, business and strategic planning.



+ Supporting Tax Manager on tax matters and filings.



+ Assist multiple divisions in standard cost accounting and related analyses



+ Assist in overseeing the US payroll and 401(k)







+ Assist in preparing for annual insurance renewals .





Qualifications:



+ CPA designation and Degree in Accounting.



+ Minimum of 5 to 7 years’ experience in manufacturing environment.



+ Experience in consolidations of multinational operations, including foreign exchange



+ Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.



+ Expert level MS Office suite
