Corporate Controller

The Corporate Controller will serve as a key financial leader responsible for overseeing the company’s worldwide accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls. This role will ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements, while supporting the company’s growth as a semiconductor business with complex revenue arrangements, cost structures, and equity compensation programs.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Financial Reporting & SEC Compliance
+ Lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
+ Own all SEC reporting activities, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy statements, and related disclosures.
