Job Description

The CorporateController will serve as a key financial leader responsible for overseeing the company’s worldwide accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls.


Thisrolewillensure accurate, timely, andcompliant financialreportingin accordancewith U.S. GAAPandSECrequirements,whilesupportingthe company’sgrowthasa semiconductorbusinesswithcomplexrevenuearrangements,coststructures,andequity compensationprograms.

FinancialReporting&SECCompliance

  • Leadthepreparationandreviewofmonthly,quarterly,andannualfinancial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP.

  • OwnallSECreportingactivities,includingForms10-K,10-Q,8-K,proxystatements, and related disclosures.

  • EnsurecompliancewithSOX404requirements, maintainingeffectiveinternal controls over financial reporting.

  • Serveastheprimaryaccountingliaisonwithexternalauditorsandadvisors.
