Experteer Overview As Corporate Counsel at Plug and Play, you will lead legal due diligence for venture-led investments and draft/negotiate sophisticated VC documents to support global investments. You will work closely with the investment team, founders, and external counsel to manage governance, portfolio data, and international entity affairs. This role blends transactional, corporate governance, and training responsibilities across a fast-growing innovation platform. You’ll gain exposure to fundraising activities and cross-functional process improvements that drive the firm’s global portfolio.
