The Corporate Development Manager will work in an extremely entrepreneurial environment and will be responsible for building relationships with software business owners, brokers, bankers, and the like, with the ultimate goal of capital deployment and long-term investment. You will be representing an established M&A team, utilizing salesmanship and charisma for business development activities, while having strong analytical and financial acumen to assess potential investments and acquisitions.
