Event Planning Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Event Manager to join our international campaign in Málaga, Spain. This is a long-term opportunity that will see you embedded within the client’s team, delivering high-level corporate events from planning to execution.

• You will be responsible for coordinating all event logistics, ensuring seamless planning and execution.
• This role requires strong vendor coordination and room booking skills, as well as excellent on-site management and post-event follow-up abilities.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide on-site support services including registration, badge printing and guest assistance. Additionally, you will oversee administrative tasks such as supply tracking and event documentation.
